TERMS & CONDITION
The following JSM Beauty Gift Card, Store Credit, and Promotional Card Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) describes the terms and conditions that apply to use of JSM Beauty Gift Cards, JSM Beauty Store Credits, and JSM Beauty Promotional Cards (collectively, “Cards”) issued in Singapore. This Agreement is between you, the Cardholder, and JUNGSAEMMOOL East Asia Pte Ltd (“JSM Beauty”).
By purchasing, accepting or using your card, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with this agreement, do not purchase, use or accept the card.
1. Changes to Agreement
You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. The changes will apply with immediate effect. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2. About your Card
The Cards are issued by JSM Beauty, who is authorized to issue the Cards for sale or distribution by and redemption at participating JSM Beauty physical stores located in Singapore. JSM Beauty is also responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Card program in Singapore.
JSM Beauty Gift Cards can only be purchased at the Flagship Store in Singapore, located at 27 Scotts Road. There are no other authorized retailers for the sale of Gift Cards.
3. Gift Card Balances
The Gift Card balance is adjusted immediatey upon making a purchase, there may be occasions when the balance adjustment is delayed, however in most cases, an accurate reflection and/or adjustment should be made.
Do not attempt to check your balance through any third-party sites. Such third-party sites are likely to be scams, and use of them may result in the theft of your Gift Card, Store Credit, and/or potentially other personal information. JSM Beauty is not responsible for the safety or reliability of non-related systems or platforms, or any loss of your Gift Card, or Store Credit as a result of the use of such sites.
4. Expiration/Deactivation
JSM Beauty Gift Cards and Store Cedits is valid for 1 year from date of issue. JSM Beauty reserves the right to refuse to honor any Card in the event of a disputed credit card charge, bounced check or other failure of consideration.
5. Redemption
A JSM Beauty Gift Card is redeemable for purchases of goods/service at participating store locations in Singapore, unless otherwise stated. A Store Credit is redeemable only for purchases of goods/services at participating Singapore store locations and is not redeemable online. The Cards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash (except as required by law) or used to purchase another Card.
6. No Refunds
NO REFUNDS ARE PERMITTED WITH RESPECT TO CARDS EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED BY LAW.
7. No Resale
The Cards may not be resold without JSM Beauty's express written authorization. A Card is not valid and will not be honored, and JSM Beauty will not be liable for the value of the Card, if the Card is obtained from an unauthorized seller or reseller, including through any internet auction site.
8. Lost, Damaged or Stolen Cards Used without Authorization
The value of any Card will not be replaced if the Card is lost, stolen, altered, destroyed, or used without authorization.
9. Returns of Goods Purchased with Card and Store Credit
Goods purchased by a JSM Beauty Gift Card and returned will be subject to our Returns policy. If the goods is eligible for return and was originally purchased with a Card, and the return is made in a JSM Beauty store in Singapore within 7 days, the refund will be in the form of a added balance in the Gift Card, unless otherwise stated.
Goods purchased by a store credit and returned will be subject to our Returns policy. If the goods is eligible for return and the return is made within 7 days, the refund will be in the form of a new store credit. Purchases made with a store merchandise credit can only be returned in store.
