 ONLINE PURCHASES

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We accept return requests only for damaged, faulty and/or incorrect items delivered.
Refunds offered for return requests will be subjected to the assessment of the actual items.

There will be no return and refund requests allowed for products purchased at a promotional price and/or during sales period.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In the event of a damaged item, all return requests have to be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery.

If your item or order contains a Gift with Purchase (GWPs), it will have to be returned. We are unable to accept returns or process a refund for any used items unless the item is damaged or faulty upon delivery. All shipping costs due to return requests will be borned by the customer.

We are unable to process an exchange and/or return for online purchases in-store, vice versa.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Unfortunately, we do not accept any order cancellations once it has been processed. Kindly contact our customer service hello@jsmbeauty.sg as soon as possible, where the team will assess the status of your order. Do note a cancellation fee may apply in the event of a cancellation.

SHIPPING DETAIL CHANGES
Delivery address changes can only be processed provided your order has not been shipped out. Kindly contact us with your order # and we’ll do our best to assist you. Otherwise if the order has been shipped, we are unable to make any further changes.

For any re-delivery required for wrong delivery details, there will be an additional charge of $4. No order cancellations allowed should the parcel be returned to us, otherwise a cancellation fee may apply.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

RETURNS & EXCHANGES (PRODUCTS)
We do not provide any refunds for all in-store purchases.

In-store exchanges are only allowed once, within 7 days from date of purchase. A receipt or transaction proof has to be presented at point of exchange, and products are unused and unopened. This is only applicable for selected products.

Exchanges to a different product with a higher price value will require a top up. No refunds will be offered for an exchange to a lower priced item.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS (SERVICES)
All in-store service bookings require a deposit to secure the reservation, and all deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or changes in personal circumstances.

Refunds are not provided for completed or partially completed services, services missed due to late arrival, or dissatisfaction based on personal preference. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or cancellation of the appointment without refund or deposit transfer. By booking an in-store service, you acknowledge and agree to this refund and cancellation policy.

DIRECTOR SERVICES
Cancellations must be made at least one (1) day prior to the scheduled service date to avoid forfeiture of the deposit; any cancellation made less than one (1) day before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.

Requests to reschedule or make changes to a booking must be made within one (1) day of the originally scheduled service date and are subject to availability, and rescheduling requests made less than one (1) day before the appointment may also result in forfeiture of the deposit. Only one reschedule per booking may be permitted, at the discretion of management.

DIRECTOR ACADEMY CLASSES
Cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled class date to avoid forfeiture of the deposit; any cancellation made less than seven (7) days before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.

Requests to reschedule or make changes to a booking must be made within seven (7) days of the originally scheduled class date and are subject to availability, and rescheduling requests made less than seven (7) days before the appointment may also result in forfeiture of the deposit. MASTER JUNG SERVICES

Requests to reschedule or make changes to a booking must be made within seven (7) days of the originally scheduled service date and are subject to availability, and rescheduling requests made less than seven (7) days before the appointment may also result in forfeiture of the deposit.

MASTER JUNG ACADEMY CLASSES
Cancellations must be made at least fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled class date to avoid forfeiture of the deposit; any cancellation made less than fourteen(14) days before the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit.

Requests to reschedule or make changes to a booking must be made within fourteen (14) days of the originally scheduled class date and are subject to availability, and rescheduling requests made less than fourteen (14) days before the appointment may also result in forfeiture of the deposit. Only one reschedule per booking may be permitted, at the discretion of management.
