Shipping policy

Do note that delivery service is only available for valid residential and office addresses within Singapore (P.O Box Excluded). We reserve the right to decline delivery to any address with restricted access or is inaccessible.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

To Singapore addresses: All orders will be shipped within 5-7 working days* upon confirmation. Kindly allow an additional 3-5 working days during peak/sale periods or public holidays.

*Working Day refers to Monday to Saturday, and does not include Sunday, Public Holidays or any blackout dates imposed by JSM BEAUTY. Orders placed after 1pm will be fulfilled the next working day. There will be no delivery service on Sunday and Public Holidays or any blackout dates imposed.

• Delivery shall take place within the stipulated date from Order Confirmation. In the event of an overwhelming demand or delivery is otherwise unavailable, JSM BEAUTY reserves the right to reschedule the time and/or date of delivery.
• You are responsible for ensuring that a recipient is present to receive the delivery. Any additional deliveries will incur a delivery fee based on the above delivery charge (as the case may be) per delivery at your expense.
